Shihan Bob is a yondan, 4th degree black belt, in the Kyokushin style and has experience in the martial arts since 1969, including Shotokan, Oyama, and Kyokushin.
Shihan is this area's North American Kyokushin Organization's (NAKO) Branch Chief, under NAKO Chairman, Shihan Henrioh.

Started in 1985, is nidan, 2nd degree black belt in Kyokushin, and has martial arts experience in Ko Gaku Shin, Oyama, and Kyokushin styles. She has participated in training camps in Japan receiving instruction from the masters there, and numerous NAKO international summer training camps, seminars and belt tests in New York City with Shihan Henrio.
